24k Gold and Blue Glass Flower Seder Plate by Israel Museum

Created exclusively for the Israel Museum, this handmade Seder plate was designed by Israeli artist Eli Yashar, whose work bridges tradition, craftsmanship, and contemporary Israeli design. Crafted from stainless steel and finished with luminous 24k gold plating and faceted blue glass to form a center flower, the plate brings a refined, modern presence to the Passover table.

For over 20 years, Eli Yashar has worked in stained glass and mixed media, guided by a deep connection to material, light, and form. 

This Seder plate reflects Yashar’s thoughtful approach to ritual objects, transforming a timeless Passover tradition into a lasting work of art that feels both contemporary and deeply rooted.
