Porcelain Geometric White Bird Menorah

This handcrafted blue bird porcelain menorah is made with gold-plated metal candle cups. The stars are connected to reflect the way the members of the Jewish community are connected; embracing and supporting each other.

The bird is a creature which is free to move between earth and heaven. Here the bird is the shamash, carrying the light for the ceremony.

All the blue and gold parts are painted by hand in Hungary.
